Hello this is Coach E. Allen head trainer and founder of Atlas Performance Training LLC. As young man growing up in the Midwest (Michigan and Indiana to be exact) I developed an interest for Weight lifting after I begin to play football in the 8th grade. This  interest developed to a passion for health and performance training in my personal life and during my career in high school,college and professional athlete. 

After close to 20 years I retired as a professional athlete in 2008, and I decided to start on this journey to create one of the best health and performance companies in the industry with a mission of helping youth athletes train properly in an effort to help them not make the same mistake I made and I saw being made in the weight room at an early age. After two decades of strength and conditioning training as a collegiate and professional  athlete, Atlas Performance Training LLC was created on November 11, 2011.

Atlas Performance Training LLC's strength and conditioning training programs are custom comprehensive training programs that are designed to focus on the movement first and the load that is lifted second. It is our goal to improve the fitness level, core strength, stability, and nutrition habits of the individuals we are privileged to train.

 It is our mission to provide ALL Atlas members with the tools to live life without limitations and with the confidence to compete at a high level.
