Yes! Many of our clients are new to strength training or are recovering from joint pain, surgery, or overuse injuries.
Our programs include prehab, mobility, and corrective training to build stability and confidence safely. -

Athletes with advanced training experience receive power and performance-focused programming.

Every golfer begins with a Golf Movement Assessment, followed by a mobility, strength, and power development plan tailored to your game.
We train golfers of all levels — including youth, scratch players, and professionals. -
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, but are subject to time slot availablity.
Memberships are billed monthly and may be adjusted or canceled with advance notice according to your membership agreement.

I came to Coach in need of a quick turnaround to get in shape for a program that required intense physical fitness. Through Coach I was able to get the results that I needed plus more!
